Introduction
My passion for photography and design began thanks to a dear friend and mentor, Michel from “Ca n’Internet” (R.I.P.). With him, I took my first steps into the world of photography and web development, publishing my first site in 2003: www.esmercadal.com—a virtual tour of the village of Es Mercadal featuring 360º panoramic photos.
In 2005, we launched the first virtual tour of Menorca (Menorca360), two years before the birth of the famous Google Street View we all use today. In 2016, inspired by my previous photographic work and my profound love for the island, I started a new project: www.viajamenorca.com, a tourism platform designed to share the charms of Menorca with the world.
Travel Guide
Through this guide, I share my photography and local knowledge, immersing myself in a rewarding journey that has allowed me to rediscover our paradisiacal beaches, hidden coves, ancient history, rich culture, and valuable heritage. I constantly travel every corner of Menorca in my taxi, interacting with tourists and visitors. This allows me to provide up-to-date information and answer their questions first-hand, further enriching my experience and connection to this beautiful island.
Social Media
I currently manage several social media groups, most notably “Menorca isla bonita” and “Playas y calas de Menorca“, These communities have allowed me to meet many people passionate about Menorca and photography, some of whom actively collaborate and participate in both the groups and this website.
