Cala Macarelleta is 14 km away from Ciutadella on the south coast of the island. It is one of the most famous and photographed coves, it appears in all guides and postcards of Menorca.

A dream beach paradise
It is a cove at the foot of the forest and surrounded by nature, with clean, fine white sand and crystal clear turquoise blue waters.
Its name refers to its sister cove Macarella Cove and to its small dimensions. The landscape is typical of the south coast of the island, surrounded by rock cliffs covered with pine trees and dense vegetation.

How to get to Cala Macarelleta
To get there we must do it on foot through the hiking trail of the camí de cavalls either from Macarella cove which you can only access by bus (reserve tickets), or from Turqueta cove where there is parking and public services.
